In 2005 Sumari Krige designed the original AtholPlace Boutique Hotel located in the cosmopolitan suburb of Atholl in Johannesburg. Now, 6 years later, the new owners of AtholPlace have called on Sumari to help with the refurbishment of the Hotel, which is now a part of the acclaimed Relais & Chateaux association. The brief from the client was to maintain the feeling of timeless elegance and contemporary classic design.
